Protect 1 kV-rated applications against damage caused by acids, alkalis and ozone by sealing them in the 3M 8420 Cold Shrink Connector Insulator. This open-ended tubular sleeve works with all solid dielectric insulated wires and cable splices to provide primary electrical insulation and environmental sealing in a range of operating temperatures from -40 to 194 degrees F (-40 to 90 degrees C).
